1. How long do the preorders usually take to make?

For fatcatpins, with any details and effects packed design usually take from 3 to 8 months. If you can’t wait I do advise proceed purchasing with cautions.

2. Will you updates us on the items whereabouts?

Absolutely! I always updates as soon as my Manu send me pictures and conditions of the products. I usually updates on my IG stories so please check it often, I am very transparent about my works, if something happened I will always try to fix it ASAP.

3. You have items in hand, why haven't I gotten them yet?

First, I probably still quality checking [QC] due to high volume, and I am a one person show, so it does take a while to QC and packing. Second, I prob missing or have to remaking certain pins because I lost my parcels or the quality isn’t up to my standard. Third, I will always updates you about my progress.

4. Will you provide tracking number?

Tracking numbers are absolute. So don’t worry, you will get tracking under the email you registered during checkout. You can also check under spam tab.

5. Why are your pins so expensive?

Big sizes come with big responsibility [:^) see what I did there?] usually the bigger the sizes, the higher pricing from my Manu. And also it because I use a lot of colors and effects and a lot of details prints on my designs. Those adds up, plus shipping supplies and my boba drinks.

6. What is your grading look like?

A-grade: 1-2 minimal hard to see flaws. A hard to see flaw is considered anything that cannot be noticed looking at the pin head on.

B-grade: visible flaws from head on, but never take away the overall look of the pins. 

C-grade: deep indentation, deep scratches and anything that will affect the whole look of the pins.
